The coach of Zambia's U17 Women's National Team, Carol Kanyemba, has announced a provisional squad of 35 players. This squad will start getting ready for the upcoming FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup, which is set to take place from October 17 to November 8, 2025.

Zambia is scheduled to begin their World Cup matches against Paraguay on October 19. They will then compete against Japan on October 22 and conclude the group stage by facing New Zealand on October 25.

The goalkeepers selected for the squad include Loveness Chingwele from MUZA Queens, Bukata Kakumbi from Police Doves Queens, Mary Nyangu from YASA Queens, Decent Mbewe from National Assembly, and Winfridah Mutale from The Elite Ladies.

In defense, the squad features Nana Malanda from Green Buffaloes, Precious Mwape from Luyando Foundation Girls, Natasha Nkaka from Green Eagles, along with Lweendo Hanongo and Tabitha Nyirenda from Driven Queens. Other defenders include Gift Chisha Mazimba and Esther Ngabwe from The Elite Ladies, Beatrice Njobvu from Red Arrows, Faith Kaunda from ZedPro Academy, and Theresa Mubiana from Play It Forward.

The midfield lineup consists of Taonga Mubanga from YASA Queens, Sharon Siakaloba from Pemba Queens, Natasha Kasema from Ingwe Girls, Jessica Johnson from Aston Villa, and Esther Makoti from Amazing Grace. Other midfielders are Taonga Tembo from Young Green Buffaloes, Leah Mulenga from Chalube Queens, Brenda Lombanya Mwewa from Nchanga Rangers, Natasha Chileshe from ZESCO Ndola Girls, Faith Kagila from ZedPro Academy, and Precious Mwewa from Candice Girls.

For the strikers, the team includes Mercy Chipasula from Kamfinsa Blue Eagles Queens, Hellen Sichamba and Precious Mwananyambe from The Elite Ladies. Also, Masela Sekeseke from Red Arrows, Grace Phiri from Play It Forward, Victoria Mbali from Young Green Buffaloes, Caroline Nsondo from Choma Warriors, Blessing Chiumya from Nkana Queens, and Rudrah Longa from Mo Peace Academy are part of the squad.
